I can’t be the only one who’s noticed they made the sapphire brooch Albert gave Victoria as a wedding gift WAY too small in the recent miniseries starring Jenna Coleman right?
It’s actually quite a sizeable piece, you can see it in a portrait done of Victoria in her wedding gown, and also worn by the current Queen, Elizabeth II.
The bottom picture is from 2009′s “The Young Victoria” and shows Emily Blunt as Victoria at her wedding, and it’s definitely the right size there.
